1. Nature of the service

Nostrump (“the App”) is a skill-based, mind-relaxation card entertainment platform. It is a traditional four-player partnership trick-taking game for leisure, mental engagement, and family play.

Nostrump is not a betting app, not a gambling app, and not a real-money investment or money-multiplication product. Users do not wager money against each other. There is no betting pool, pot, cash-prize contest funded by stakes, fantasy-sports / Dream11-style contest, or rummy-circle style real-money table stakes.

Payments are only for digital entertainment access (subscription) and optional voluntary sponsorship. By creating an account or paying for access, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe and make payments. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Subscription & pricing

New users can play the number of free match attempts shown in the app. A match is counted when a game starts. After those free attempts, you must subscribe at the current in-app price or redeem a coupon to keep playing.

We collect a platform / subscription fee for access — for example 1-day, 1-month, 6-month, or 1-year plans — as shown in the app. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes (GST) where required.

There is no AutoPay and no automatic recurring billing. Each payment is a one-time charge for the plan you select. When the paid period ends, you may subscribe again if you wish. The plan does not renew by itself.

Once a subscription is taken and access is activated, it is not refundable.

Voluntary sponsorship is separate from subscription. Sponsors help keep the table open and may receive honour / privilege access and a business or title showcase as described in the app and on nostrump.com. If you already have an active paid subscription, honour-pass days are added on top of the remaining paid days, so the expiry date is extended by both. Sponsorship is not a stake, bet, or investment return.

Payment & Sponsorship Policy

Nostrump does not accept wagers, stakes, or bets from players.

Nostrump does not operate betting pools, table stakes, prize pools, or cash-prize contests.

Subscription payments are made solely for access to the Nostrump entertainment platform and its associated features.

Sponsorship payments are commercial support and promotional arrangements that provide the sponsor with the specified platform benefits.

Depending on the sponsorship package, sponsors may receive:

• Promotional visibility within the Nostrump application
• Sponsor banners or promotional placements
• Recognition as a Nostrump sponsor
• Extended or long-term access privileges to the platform
• Other benefits specifically described in the applicable sponsorship package

Sponsorship payments are not entry fees, game stakes, wagers, investments, deposits, or contributions to a prize pool.

Sponsorship payments have no relationship to the outcome of any card game.

A sponsor does not receive money, winnings, or financial returns based on game performance or game results.

Players cannot win, earn, or withdraw cash based on the outcome of games played on Nostrump.

4. Cancellation

You may stop using the App at any time. Because there is no AutoPay, there is no recurring charge to cancel. A paid plan stays active until its expiry date. Unused days are not converted to cash. Stopping use or cancelling does not create a refund. After expiry, subscribe again to continue playing.

5. Refund policy

Once a subscription is taken and premium access is activated, the payment is not refundable. This includes change of mind, unused remaining days, match results, stopping play early, or unused features.

We will refund or reverse a charge only when: (a) you were charged twice for the same order; (b) the amount charged is clearly wrong; (c) payment succeeded but subscription access was not activated; or (d) a refund is required by applicable law or by the payment provider. Contact in-app Support or email prapulhebbar@gmail.com within 7 days with the payment reference.

Match outcomes never create a right to a refund. This is entertainment access, not a wager.

Sponsorship, once received and activated, is also not refundable. Sponsorship is voluntary and is not an investment; it is not refunded as a “return on money.”

6. Coupon codes

Promotional or coupon codes may grant free or discounted access for a limited period. Each code is subject to its own expiry, usage limits, and eligibility rules. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may be revoked if misused.

7. Fair play & conduct

You agree not to cheat, collude, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. A ban for serious misuse does not by itself create a refund, except where required by law.

8. Privacy

We use email, location, contacts / nearby-device information, and in-game data only to operate the App. We do not misuse this information. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or pricing with reasonable notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
